This is a part-time opportunity, Thursday - Saturday 6:00 am- 4:00 pm.Patient Access Representative II, Job Responsibilities:Registers patients accurately and efficientlyUtilization of multiple systems and interfacesCross-Trained in order to work in multiple patient access areasMaintains service excellence to patients and visitors for face-to-face and telephonic encountersContributes to PAS Goals as defined annually (Collections, Palm Scanning, etc.)Possesses a strong understanding of State and Federal regulations including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHOMaintains a professional relationship with all clinical and non-clinical team membersAble to articulate compliance documentation and ensure completion of required patient consent formsMaintains patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelinesExperience Requirements:1-2 years Customer Service Experience Required1-2 years Healthcare experience required1-2 years Insurance experience requiredEducation & Credential Requirements:High School Diploma RequiredPrimary Location:Downtown - Main Building #J-18808-Ljbffr
