Acting as a professional brand ambassador, the full-time Client Happiness Servicing Associate will respond to client inquiries, promote company products, assist with payment arrangements, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Respond promptly to client inquiries via chat, email, SMS, or phone, providing accurate information and resolving concerns Proactively promote and cross-sell company products during servicing calls to contribute to business growth Assist clients with payment arrangements and educate them on loan processes and repayment options Required qualifications At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or collections Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate business systems efficiently Demonstrated ability to manage high call volumes under pressure Experience in student lending, banking, or financial aid industries is a plus Background in call center environments or exposure to sales and/or account management roles preferred
