CoverLink Insurance in Eaton, OH is looking to add a Full-Time Insurance Customer Service Representative to our growing team. As an insurance customer service representative, you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis to determine their insurance needs and find the policy that will best benefit them. If you're an active listener, quickly build rapport with clients, are motivated, and invested in your own growth and success, this is the perfect position for you. Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients, educating and advising them on the policies that best fit their unique needs
- Identify opportunities to round out client accounts through cross-selling and upselling
- Issue insurance documentation and assist clients with policy changes
- Shop renewals and work to maintain strong client retention
Requirements
- A Property Casualty license is required, but we will help you get your license if needed.
- 3-6 Years Customer Service Experience
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional phone and office etiquette.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer software proficiency including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
