Project Administrator Casual Clerical Aberdeen, MD, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1405 Salary Range: $20.00 To $25.00 Hourly Responsibilities Organize projects Perform a variety of administrative tasks in contracts, procurement, and finance. Handle proprietary and confidential materials Assist peers with processes and tasks Compose and produce business correspondence, reports, and related materials or guide the work of other staff who produce these materials. Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information All other duties assigned. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 20 lbs. Able to bend, stretch, and twist Able to stand or sit for long periods of time Clearance Ability to obtain a DoD secret level clearance. Education & Experience 4 years of direct experience and a high school diploma 0-5 years of administrative assistance experience, BS degree in a STEM, and or business field. Location Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Schedule flexing is available with the PM’s approval. Travel Only upon need.
