Assembler - 2nd Shift

Join us and help run what runs the world. Your role and responsibilities Situate well; ensure the plastic injection molding environment "safety, quality and production" are coordinated. Visual quality inspections of the product. Placing product in boxes with the appropriate count per box. Label product and boxes. Tape boxes. Lift and carry boxes up to 40 lbs. Monitor equipment operation. Assist in training new employees. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion – 5S. Follow standard work instructions. Participate in Lead Manufacturing efforts and Kaizen events. Cover other positions following appropriate training as needed. Qualifications for the role High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of one month or less of similar or related work experience. Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions, write identifying information, request parts or supplies verbally or in writing.
