• Hours/Week: 40+

• Licenses/Certs: RN License in TX or Compact, BLS, ACLS, PALS (all required)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in OR/Surgery required

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60

What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a Level III Trauma Center OR setting for diverse surgical cases including neuro, spine, ortho, robotic, vascular, and general surgery
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on post-operative care and recovery plans
• Demonstrate independence and critical thinking in fast-paced surgical environments
• Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare standards

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Texas or a valid compact license
• Certificate in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association)
• Minimum of 2 years of OR/Surgical nursing experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
