We are currently looking to hire a Customer Retention Manager. You will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Paid time off including vacation days, personal days and holidays Unlimited Bonus & Commission opportunities paid monthly Company paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability 401(k) with a company match Ongoing training and development Responsibilities Immediate contact of all customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s) Maintain updated accurate customer information Help support the overall needs of the store by assisting other associates and acting as key holder in the General Manager's absence Monitor customer payment history and habits and make recommendations to support the customer to ownership Collect money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements Other tasks as assigned by management Strong leadership skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance History of results Aptitude to learn proper collection procedures Effective organization skills Must be 21 years of age or older Position routinely requires lifting, loading and "dollying" merchandise of 50 pounds or more Bi-Lingual a plus!! Requirements Customer Retention Manager must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification, a valid Driver’s License and comply with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy. Customer Retention Manager must pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background investigation.
