Position Summary
Forest Glen Health Campus is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. The Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately

• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and follow facility safety protocols

• Provide general information about the facility and direct inquiries appropriately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling support

• Communicate effectively with nursing, administrative, and support staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
