The objective of this position is to meet the sales objectives of the territory under your responsibility in order to position GSK as a strategic ally for the medical community through the correct implementation of the medical visit aligned with the strategy established by Marketing for the promotion of GSK Mexico's general medicine portfolio, by generating prescriptions in target specialties. Actively seeking and capitalizing on business opportunities with different stakeholders in the identified territory (HCPs, pharmacies, hospitals) for general medicines through the construction of business plans.

Your responsibilities:

This position gives you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career, the main ones are:

• Possess scientific, medical, and technical knowledge of GSK's general medicine portfolio and the competition to use information appropriately aligned with customer needs and business opportunities to convince them to prescribe/recommend GSK brands over the competition.
• Ensure omnichannel execution leveraging the CRM system (VEEVA) to adjust the sales approach based on multi-channel interactions according to customer preferences to move them in the RACE journey. Ensuring the correct messages are transmitted at the right time to the right doctor through the omnichannel strategy.
• Develop, execute, and follow up on the business plan for the assigned territory, implementing multi-channel plans including a universe of promotional interaction possibilities (F2F, Group Doctor Meeting) and digital activities (pre-approved emails) to increase the participation of GSK's medicine portfolio in units and values.
• Maintain an updated medical file with potential doctors and updated addresses for the promotion of brands included in the promotional grid.
• Identify relevant medical societies in the assigned territory, implementing a plan of work in conjunction with Marketing and Medical Area.
• Participate in Congresses according to the established schedule in the promotional calendar of the products included in the grid.
