Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution. Maintain and organize case files, pleadings, discovery, and trial materials. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, subpoenas, notices, and correspondence. Coordinate and manage document productions, discovery responses, and e-discovery projects. Review, summarize, and analyze documents, deposition transcripts, and medical, financial, or business records. Conduct factual and legal research using Lexis, Westlaw, PACER, and other research tools. Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars. Coordinate state and federal court filings. Assist attorneys with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. Prepare exhibit binders, witness files, trial notebooks, and other case materials. Communicate with clients, experts, court personnel, and outside vendors as needed. Qualifications 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment. Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and filing requirements. Experience managing complex litigation matters and large document productions. Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and litigation support technology. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Lexis, Westlaw, PACER, and document management systems. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
