\nWould you like to live and work in a friendly western community, surrounded by scenic views of mountain ranges and rivers? You can make a difference here in Riverton, Wyoming.
\nSeeking BE/BC Family Medicine (with or without OB) physicians to practice in Riverton, Wyoming, as employees of Billings Clinic, the largest independent health system in Montana and Wyoming. Our new hospital is an independent, locally owned and governed nonprofit organization, bringing local medical services back to the community.

- Full spectrum Family Medicine -- includes outpatient clinic, shared inpatient coverage, ER support \n
- You can practice obstetrics or not (our hospital will offer OB care) or you can focus on Emergency Care if desired \n
- A full complement of onsite imaging and lab services \n
- New, state-of-the-art hospital opening in late 2026 \n
- PPS rural hospital with integrated emergency, hospital and clinic with support of Billings Clinic specialists \n
- Local EMS and aeromedical transport program (rotor- and fixed-wing) \n
- Flexible schedule \n
- Opportunities for physician involvement in operations & leadership \n
- 501c3 not-for-profit organization \n
This is a world-class destination for outdoor recreation yet exciting adventures will be just a day trip for you. Whether your family loves camping or mountain biking, the regions best hiking, climbing, skiing, fishing, hunting and snow sports are right in your backyard. We enjoy local Native American traditions, a large reservoir and rivers nearby for boating, as well as fun family events like the county fair and rodeos. You will appreciate the regional airport as well as Central Wyoming Community College with great education, cultural opportunities, and the arts in this welcoming community of 10,000 people. The catchment area is over 22,000 people.
