Front Desk Agent
DoubleTree Hotel is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests while providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. This position plays a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting hotel operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Welcome and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude
- Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues with care and professionalism
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel procedures
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Follow all safety, security, and brand standards
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns
- Must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer skills and experience with hotel systems preferred
