What You’ll Experience Day to Day

• Work full time alongside a reliable, friendly crew in a cold manufacturing environment .
• Support food production operations while following all safety and security procedures .
• Stay active on your feet for extended stretches, with regular bending and twisting .
• Lift and move materials: 25–35 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally .
• Step up for overtime and weekend shifts when needed to meet demand.

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $14.50–$19.00/hr., based on position and discussed during interview.
• Shift differential: +$1.50/hr. for 2nd and 3rd shift.
• Growth: Opportunity to bid into higher-paying roles after 6 months.

Typical Schedules

• Monday–Saturday
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – Midnight

What You’ll Need

• Comfort working in a cold production setting and being on your feet for long periods
• Ability to lift 25–35 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
