VIP Automotive Group is hiring motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Client Relations / BDC Representatives to join our centralized Business Development Center (BDC) supporting multiple automotive dealership locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, call centers, appointment setting, or client relations who wants to build a long-term career with a successful automotive dealership group.

No automotive dealership experience required — paid training provided!

???? COMPENSATION

$45,000 – $80,000+ per year

Salary + Commission + Bonuses

???? SCHEDULE

Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week

• One weekend day required

• One weekday evening shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• One weekday off

• Flexible scheduling based on business needs

???? WHAT DOES A BDC REPRESENTATIVE DO?

As a Client Relations / BDC Representative , you'll be responsible for connecting with automotive customers and prospects, scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and helping drive customers into our dealerships.

You'll communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and online leads while providing a professional and exceptional customer experience.

???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text

• Follow up with automotive sales and service leads

• Schedule sales and service appointments

• Confirm and reschedule customer appointments

• Follow up with customers who have not yet scheduled

• Contact previous customers regarding future sales and service opportunities

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet and online leads

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects

• Generate showroom and service department traffic

• Maintain accurate customer information and notes in dealership CRM systems

• Make proactive outbound calls to increase appointment opportunities

• Work with Sales and Service teams to ensure a smooth customer handoff

• Meet or exceed individual and team appointment-setting goals

• Track follow-up activities and customer interactions

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey

• Help identify opportunities to generate additional dealership business

???? AUTOMOTIVE BDC & CRM EXPERIENCE

Previous automotive experience is not required , but experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Automotive BDC

• Sales BDC

• Service BDC

• Business Development Center

• Internet Sales

• Internet Leads

• Automotive CRM

• Customer Relationship Management

• Appointment Setting

• Lead Management

• Sales Follow-Up

• Service Appointment Scheduling

Experience with dealership CRM or automotive software is helpful, but we will train the right candidate.
