What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure prior to start
• Previous experience with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and collaborative skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere

What you’ll do:

• Conduct speech and language assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy services
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies to achieve student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive student care
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support speech-language growth in various school settings
