Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Job Description Under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician will prepare medications to be dispensed, maintain medication stock, keep records, handle medication billing, and perform patient medication reconciliation. This role offers the opportunity for continuous learning in a collaborative team environment focused on quality and family-centered care.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Prepare medications to be dispensed
- Maintain medication stock
- Record keeping
- Handle medication billing
- Patient medication reconciliation
- Delivery of medication to med rooms
- Stocking cabinets (omni cell)
- Prepare non-sterile medication doses
- Perform non-sterile compounding
- Sterile/hazardous compounding (PPE provided) with training provided
- PTCB (or similar board certification)
- Registered with the State of TN
- Experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding
- Ability to collaborate with other departments
- Experience in a health system (preferably with chemotherapy experience)
- Strong focus on quality of work
- Ability to work in a team environment
