Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for an on-site position at our Harlingen, TX office. The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of clinical and administrative duties to support healthcare providers and ensure a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include assisting with patient care, taking medical histories, maintaining accurate medical records, handling medical equipment, and addressing administrative tasks to facilitate smooth office operations. Competitive pay is dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and Patient Care practices
• Understanding of Medical Terminology and its proper usage
• Experience with Medical Records documentation and management
• Familiarity with Medical Office operations and administrative support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
