Financial Analyst

Compensation: $84,000 - $92,000 annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team! This is a strong direct hire opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys turning data into clear business insights. In this role, you’ll support financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making in a collaborative environment with a stable schedule and meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Analyze financial data to support business decisions Prepare reports, forecasts, and variance analysis Track performance against budget and projections Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting Review trends and identify areas for improvement Partner with internal teams on financial questions Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects Required Qualifications & Experience: Experience in financial analysis or a related finance role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work onsite in Edmond, Oklahoma Comfort working standard business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Proficiency with financial data and reporting Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate findings clearly Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience with budgeting and forecasting Exposure to incentive or bonus reporting Background in lending or financial services Advanced Excel or reporting tool experience Experience supporting cross-functional teams This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
