Customer Service Representative

Our Financial Client is hiring an Onsite Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, NC!

Description

• Handle 50-60 incoming calls per day and answer questions from beneficiaries and advisors made to the Death Claim and Group Retirement products

• Calls can include: questions about services, withdrawals, address changes, account information, etc.

• Maintain product and procedural knowledge.

• Learn and execute multiple processes/procedures and services, with collaboration from Floor Support when assistance is needed.

-Navigate multiple administrative systems, including but not limited to; Windows XP, Access Database programs, product specific legacy/updating systems, internet/intranet, image and workflow system

-Cross train to either Life or Individual Retirement based products based on business needs.

• Experience with typing/writing and grammar skills to handle chats as well as calls.

Qualifications to Apply

• Previous customer service experience (phone or face to face)

• Call center, financial service experience

-Highschool diploma or GED

-Proficient in typing

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
