Represent financial institutions and corporate borrowers in complex commercial finance transactions while advising on sophisticated lending structures, secured financing, and high-value credit facilities.

What You'll Do

Represent lenders and borrowers in commercial finance and lending transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and financing agreements.
Advise clients on secured lending, UCC transactions, and credit facilities.
Structure and support complex commercial lending transactions.
Collaborate with attorneys across offices on financing matters.
Provide practical legal counsel throughout all phases of commercial finance transactions.

What You'll Need

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active Bar admission in the applicable state or eligibility for admission.
3+ years of commercial finance experience in a law firm.
Experience handling commercial lending and finance transactions.
Experience drafting and negotiating loan documentation.
Knowledge of secured lending, UCC transactions, and credit facilities.
Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong academic credentials.
