Member Services Representative
Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Member Services Representative to join their team. As a Member Services Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting member satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a focus on problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Member Services Representative
Location: Ishpeming, MI
Pay Range: From $18.00 per Hour Shift: Part Time: up to 30 hours per week, frequently working Saturdays 9am-1pm.
What's the Job?
- Provide exceptional front-line member service by processing deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist members with account-related inquiries, including opening/closing accounts, debit card issues, and other account maintenance needs.
- Address and resolve member questions or concerns about credit union products and services, ensuring a positive member experience.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and member satisfaction.
- Be prepared to work at multiple branch locations (Ishpeming and Marquette) as needed and assist with Saturday shifts.
What's Needed?
- Part Time: up to 30 hours per week.
- Primarily based in Ishpeming but expected to work in both the Ishpeming and Marquette branches as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of customer service and/or cash handling experience required.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a financial institution and/or post-secondary education or training.
