Technology Transactions Associate | Austin A leading law firm is seeking a Technology Transactions Associate to join its growing Austin office. The group advises technology companies at all stages of growth on intellectual property and commercial transactions, working as part of an established and dynamic national practice. Associates can expect exposure to matters including technology licensing agreements development and consulting services agreements distribution agreements and strategic alliances website, mobile application and terms of use licensing, and IP aspects of M&A, investments and financing transactions. Associates will work on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings and other multidisciplinary transactions, gaining broad exposure across the technology lifecycle. The Austin office forms part of the firm's national technology transactions platform, offering the opportunity to help build and grow an established practice group within a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
