Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Offer local area information, recommend dining and attractions, and make destination reservations.
• Pre-Arrival & Confirmations: Conduct pre-arrival calls, confirm tour appointments to maximize attendance rates, and avoid overbooking tour waves.
• Gifting & Compliance: Ensure guests meet promotional eligibility requirements, manage gifting procedures properly, and complete accurate tour paperwork.
• Administrative Support: Track tour and guest data using software programs or spreadsheets and distribute authorized collateral
• Lead Generation & Booking: Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation packages for owners, club members, and eligible guests.

WEEKLY PAY

Schedule: Workers with open availability to work on weekends and holidays.

Hours: AM shift 6:45am – 2:30pm (or sooner), PM shift 1:15pm – 9pm (or sooner)

Career growth - Pay increase after probationary period

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
