Hiring Machine Operator ASAP

1st, 2nd and 3rd shift

$18-20/hr.

Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor flat extruders, ovens, and stretching equipment.
Load polyurethane powder into hoppers and ensure continuous material flow.
Interpret T-charts, graphs, and trend lines to identify deviations.
Adjust heat, pull rate, and tension to maintain width and quality.
Inspect film for wrinkles, profile issues, or off-spec dimensions.
Wind finished film onto drums and verify weight/composition.
Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting when equipment performance shifts.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Document production data and communicate issues proactively.

Essential Skills

2+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven tenure and reliability with a steady work history.
Ability to interpret graphs, charts, and production data or willingness to learn.
Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools.
Ability to stay in constant movement throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adjust equipment based on specifications.
Comfortable working around heat-based industrial equipment.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
