Term/Duration: 13 weeks
Scheduled hours: 36 hrs
Shift: 12 hr nights (19:00-07:30), rotating weekends

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med Surg RN) to provide exceptional care for acutely ill adult patients and those undergoing both elective and emergency surgical procedures. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for medical-surgical patients.
• Monitor patients, including those requiring stable telemetry monitoring.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
• Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR.

Requirements: 

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• Telemetry monitoring experience required.
• Orthopedic and bariatric nursing experience preferred.
