Job Summary:
The position is for a Mammographer located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The role involves performing a variety of mammography and x-ray procedures with a focus on patient care, equipment operation, and adherence to safety standards. Candidates are required to bring their licensure upon the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Pittsfield, MA
• Schedule: 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) certification and ARRT (Mammography) certification, current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and Massachusetts Radiology license or submission of application. At least 2 years of X-ray experience, 1 year of current X-ray experience, and 2 years of current mammography experience are required. Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly preferred.
• Additional Information: The candidate must be willing to work weekends and evenings. They must have their own vehicle for transportation. All schedule and time-off requests should be made at the time of submission, with no requests to be made after an offer or during interviews.
• Certifications: ARRT (Radiologic Technologist), ARRT (Mammography), and BLS (American Heart Association).
• Licenses: Massachusetts Radiology license or application of same.
• Experience: 2 years X-ray experience, 1 year current X-ray experience, 2 years current mammography experience.
• Specialties: Mammography and X-ray.
• Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts (note that 10/12-hour shift requests will not be considered).
• Additional notes: Travelers must be proficient in both specialties and willing to work weekends and evenings. They must include their permanent address in their profile and ensure all required documents are uploaded.
