Senior ServiceNow Developer
An employer in the insurance industry is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a fully remote team. On a daily basis, this person will partner with stakeholders across IT and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop new platform capabilities while supporting and enhancing existing implementations. They will collaborate closely with internal ServiceNow developers and external implementation partners, define user stories and requirements, and participate in regular planning and development sessions. Work will come through idea and demand management processes, incidents, problems, requests, and enhancement queues managed within ServiceNow. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining workflows using Flow Designer, supporting platform upgrades and ongoing modernization efforts, utilizing PPM/SPM tools to manage work, creating dashboards and reporting, automating processes, building custom catalog items, and optimizing existing workflows. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a large, complex ServiceNow environment, have experience managing Demand records, and bring both technical expertise and strategic thinking to platform development. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and fully customize key ServiceNow modules, including Customer Service Management (CSM), to meet evolving business needs.
