Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and hygiene

• Assist with range of motion exercises, transfers, and positioning

• Support patients with mealtime assistance, feeding, and hydration

• Carry out vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team

• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
