We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our Salt Lake City team! This position will manage our Cottonwood Highland and Richmond Apartments in Millcreek, UT. 

Qualifications & Preferred Experience of a Senior Property Manager

• Minimum three (3) years of multifamily Property Manager experience required.
• Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) experience preferred.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) is preferred.
• Entrata Core experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.

Job Summary of a Senior Property Manager

• Manage and oversee overall operations of the properties, including maintenance and office functions.
• Regularly communicate with residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Effectively lead property teams to ensure efficient property operations on all levels.
• Responsible for managing cost control and revenue programs, developing annual operating budgets, and developing strategic sales and marketing plans.
