Job Summary:

Hall of Fame Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a leader in the rehabilitation industry, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of Nursing RN to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, the Director of Nursing RN will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the nursing department, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

• Develop and implement effective nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting to advance the organization's mission and vision

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement

• Mentor and develop nursing staff to improve skills and promote professional growth

Requirements:

• Current RN license and registration in the state of (insert state)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Excellent clinical knowledge and skills, with experience in rehabilitation nursing
