Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to competitive salary range of $500,000 $550,000 annually)

What You ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Hematology/Oncology division within Henry Ford Health.
• Serve as Associate Medical Director for the Cancer Service Line, guiding systemwide cancer care strategies.
• Lead and mentor over 40 academic physicians, overseeing clinical and research programs.
• Manage clinical operations across multiple hospitals and ambulatory clinics in southeast and central Michigan.
• Direct specialties such as bone marrow transplant, infusion services, and oncology programs.
• Collaborate with institutional leaders and academic partners to advance research, clinical trials, and innovative care models.
• Maintain a clinical practice ( 25%) while supporting strategic and research initiatives.
• Support academic development, education, and multidisciplinary collaborations.

What You Need

• Required:
  • Hematology/Oncology fellowship completion
  • Proven leadership experience in academic or large health system settings
  • Ability to oversee faculty, clinical programs, and research
  • Valid medical license in Michigan or eligible
  • US citizenship or eligible for H-1B visa support
• Preferred:
  • Leadership titles such as Vice Chair, Chief, Program Director, or Director
  • Experience with Epic EMR
