Job Opportunity – Stepdown Float Pool RN – Ohio

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day/Night rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). Shifts may vary to meet operational needs. Float capability to stepdown units caring for high-acuity patient populations. Holiday rotation required (at least every other holiday).

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 12 months permanent experience in stepdown or critical care nursing
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• All certifications must be active at time of submission
• Professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from within the past 12 months
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Current background check with no open cases
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting completed within 48 hours of contract signing
