Duties

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability.
• Handle shift management responsibilities by delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary.

Skills

• Knowledge of food service operations and bartending practices is beneficial.
• Excellent team management abilities with a focus on training and development.
