the client invites applications, expressions of interest, and nominations for the next Dean of the College of Health and Education. The role seeks an entrepreneurial, accomplished leader to build on the college’s existing momentum and to create new opportunities that advance the college and university’s future-oriented goals. the Dean is expected to provide strategic leadership that supports innovation and student success while strengthening the college’s direction and impact. the client is a doctoral/professional university offering bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees across a wide range of disciplines, with approximately 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students. the Dean will lead the College of Health and Education within a context that emphasizes career preparation, liberal arts foundations, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The position will align with institutional priorities focused on innovation, student success, alumni achievement, and faculty and staff excellence.
