We provide professional handyman services, home maintenance, home safety modifications, and repair solutions that help seniors age safely in place while supporting busy families throughout our community. We are looking for a dependable Handyman Helper / Home Service Technician Assistant who is eager to learn, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to build a career in the skilled trades. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced technicians while gaining valuable experience in carpentry, home repairs, maintenance, and customer service. What You'll Do Assist technicians with home repair and maintenance projects Prepare work areas and organize materials Load and unload tools, equipment, and supplies Perform cleanup and job site organization Assist with painting, drywall repairs, carpentry, flooring, and general home maintenance tasks Learn proper repair techniques and safe work practices Help deliver a positive customer experience on every job Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass a criminal background check Comfortable working in occupied homes, including homes of seniors and vulnerable adults Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day What We Offer Steady year-round work Monday-Friday schedule No nights or weekends Competitive hourly pay Company uniforms On-the-job training Strong office support Opportunity to learn multiple trades Clear path for advancement into Home Service Technician and Lead Technician positions Opportunity to grow with a new locally owned business Who We're Looking For We are looking for individuals with strong character, reliability, and a desire to learn.
