Tue 02:30 PM - 08:30 PM

Wed 02:30 PM - 08:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
• Monitor entry activity, cameras, alarms, and communication systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Support a professional lobby environment by answering phones, directing guests, receiving deliveries, and communicating clearly with onsite staff and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
