TEST TECHNICIAN (STARLINK)

Want to develop the infrastructure necessary tobring high speed broadband to every corner of the world? Join the team responsible for systems enabling the rapid development critical to the success of Starlink. Specializing in test and infrastructure, you are responsible for helping develop, deploy, support and maintain solutions for fast and accurate integration testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Action test requests and satellite rework Providegeneral supporttoengineers and specialistsduringtest campaigns Perform equipment operations usingcranes,powered industrial truck(PIT)equipment,forklifts, boom lifts,and/orscissor liftsaround our facilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalency certificate 2+ years of experienceinproductionmanufacturing or test environments

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Able to read engineering blueprints and complete basic math Able to read and interpret fluid and/or electrical schematics Able to work independently and problem-solve efficiently with minimal supervision Willingness to provide constructive feedback to engineering and production teams to improve test system infrastructure, designs, processes, and parts Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized workspace Proficient computer skills; comfortable using email and Microsoft Office suite Experience using CAD to design basic parts

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical effort including standing, lifting, and carrying equipment up to 25 lbs. unassisted Must be able to work all required shift hours, overtime, and/or weekends as needed

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Pay Range:Level 1: $23.00 - $29.00Level 2: $28.00 - $34.50Level 3: $33.00 - $40.00 Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at the company. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
