STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) Dayshift Full Time or Part Time Availability

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate STNA (State-Tested Nursing Assistant) to join our Dayshift team at Meadowbrook Care Center. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their overall well-being, and supporting the health care team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including:
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing basic care and hygiene, including vital signs and wound care
- Assisting with medication administration and treatments
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborate with the health care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care and services
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Must be a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certified in the state of Ohio
• 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care and precision
