Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

Job Description

We are seeking motivated Auto Mechanics who thrive in a team-oriented environment. Our compensation model rewards the entire team based on overall productivity, with no earning cap. As part of a small team reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will contribute to a collaborative workplace focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Maintain and repair brake systems ensuring safety compliance
Collaborate effectively with a small team of 3-5 members
Interact professionally with customers to explain repairs and services
Adhere to all safety standards and protocols

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in automotive repair
Proficient with automotive diagnostics and engine repair
Knowledgeable in brake systems and electrical systems
Strong customer service and teamwork skills
Effective problem solving and time management abilities
