• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Days shift); 40 hours per week
• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Additional Information: No clinical involvement, manager interview required, no weekends or holidays scheduled off, short orientation (1-2 weeks) with a preceptor, scrubs in black, navy blue, or grey. Candidates may perform start of care, recertification, and resumption of care visits. Telephonic or on-site support available from sister agencies and Clinical Coordinator.
• Travel and Other Requirements: Candidates must have a current drivers license and auto insurance. The role involves working within a 50-mile radius, with restrictions on full-time, part-time, or PRN work with certain organizations within the past 12 months.
