As a Receptionist you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, processing requests, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely follow-up. You will communicate professionally across multiple channels while documenting interactions, supporting internal teams, and helping deliver a positive customer experience through accurate, responsive, and courteous service. A Receptionist serves as a trusted resource for customers by providing knowledgeable assistance, professional communication, and dependable support. This role combines customer service expertise with organization, problem solving, and attention to detail.
The Receptionist helps create positive customer experiences by responding promptly, maintaining accurate information, and working collaboratively to resolve concerns. Successful candidates contribute directly to customer loyalty and business success.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
- Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
- Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
- Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
