Position Summary Entry‑level analyst under direct supervision, responsible for daily Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation, reconciliation of mutual and separately managed funds, and preparation of client month‑end reports for large asset owner plans (Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit). The analyst also audits income postings, accruals, corporate actions, and resolves exceptions on cash and holdings reports. Responsibilities Determine and report daily NAV for defined contribution and defined benefit plans. Evaluate and reconcile mutual, separately managed, commingled, and collective funds, comparing against benchmarks where applicable. Analyze the impact of transactions, income positions, accruals, and corporate actions on portfolio investment options. Audit and resolve exceptions on assigned accounts according to procedures within scheduled timeframes. Assist in timely preparation of monthly and annual reports and financial statements in accordance with GAAP and performance standards. Record and respond to partner and client inquiries, resolving exceptions related to accounts. Value funds on a daily basis. Provide client portfolio and Form 5500 reporting annually. Use initiative for routine issues while referring complex problems to supervisors or experts. Qualifications Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and securities, usually obtained through business‑related coursework or related experience. Analytical and organizational skills to research and resolve inquiries within scheduled timeframes. Attention to detail and multi‑tasking skills to value funds accurately and timely. Ability to absorb information quickly, work in a fast‑paced environment, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Microsoft Power Suite a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred; relevant work experience in Fund Accounting or Mutual Fund Accounting acceptable. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $41,040 – $61,560 USD (base).
