Nurse (RN) Manager Opportunity - Adult Behavioral Health UnitPembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems. The Nurse Manager organizes and directs the work of nursing staff to assure effective nursing services are provided and quality standards are met. The Nurse Manager must proactively collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care is achieved. The Nurse Manager is responsible for training, development and managing the overall performance of assigned nursing staff. BSN preferredMA RN LicenseFive (5) or more years of nursing experience, preferably in an inpatient psychiatric setting.Three (3) or more years in a nursing supervisory role.CPR Certificated requiredKnowledge of abnormal psychology and treatment procedures. Excellent crisis intervention skills. Demonstrated leadership skills including: delegation, staff coaching, employee relations, change facilitation and motivation.
