We are looking for a highly motivated Supervisor with a passion for construction and proven ability to lead teams to success. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry or oil field. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, quality control, blueprint reading, and schematics. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in using construction management software and tools. Advanced skills and understanding in Sub Arc Welding. Ability to train Sub Arc Welders and other welders. Experience supervising welding, cutting, brazing, steam fitting, and grinding operations. Maintenance of welding equipment and preparation of routine work and time reports. Recruitment and training of subordinate personnel; establishment of safety and work performance standards. Responsibilities Plan, assign, schedule, and supervise skilled workers in welding, cutting, brazing, steam fitting, and grinding. Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of welding systems. Lay out and supervise cutting and fitting of materials in preparation for welding. Maintain and make repairs to welding equipment. Prepare routine work and time reports, maintaining standard records. Recruit and train subordinate personnel; establish safety and work performance standards. Oversee projects from start to finish, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design or construction issues. Monitor and track project progress, including materials, equipment, and labor costs. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Full‑time position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
