Join us in this impactful role and help deliver the production of feed, in a sustainable way to a growing population.Own your direction, Own your development and Own your path.What you’ll doSupport daily retail operations by assisting with stock counts, receiving and merchandising products, greeting walk-in customers, answering phone inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.Deliver friendly, professional customer service while responding to customer needs in person and over the phone.Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced retail setting.Use MS Office applications effectively to support administrative and store-related tasks.Manage multiple priorities efficiently and contribute to general housekeeping and day-to-day retail duties as needed.Who we’re looking forA proactive, customer-focused individual who delivers excellent service, supports inquiries, makes product recommendations, and contributes to sales.A strong team player who works collaboratively, helps maintain a clean and organized store, and supports day-to-day operations as needed.Availability to work part-time Monday through Sunday and during the holiday period (Summer, Christmas, March break etc.)You’ll also needEquine knowledge and agricultural industry experience are an assetSelf-motivated – able to work independently with minimal supervisionDemonstrate a commitment to customer servicePhysical Requirements: Ability to regularly bend and twist; ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to lift a minimum of 25 kgWhat you’ll receiveAs part of Nutreco, you’ll be a member of the SHV family, a diverse group of companies with global footprint.
