Job Summary:
The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Behavioral Health within the Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) on the 3rd Floor of a healthcare facility located in Elko, Nevada. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. This role involves providing inpatient mental health care to adult patients and requires adherence to clinical standards and procedures.

Job Details:

• Location: Elko, Nevada
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum guaranteed hours per week: 36
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS certification, active Nevada license at the time of submittal, a minimum of 1 year of inpatient behavioral health experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Handle with Care certification is preferred.
• Float: RN may be floated to other departments as needed.
• Additional Information:
  • Unit has 16 beds with patient ratios of 1:4.
  • Utilizes Vitals Machine, EMAR, Omnicell for equipment.
  • The Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in use is Med Host.
  • The facility is located more than 60 miles from the candidate's location to qualify as travel.
  • The start date for this assignment is 07/13/2026.
