Respiratory Therapist - PRN

Role Overview Join the Respiratory Care Department as a PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist, providing high-quality therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory services to inpatients and outpatients. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory care activities, applying advanced clinical expertise independently. Responsibilities include effective communication, patient and team education, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and troubleshooting clinical issues. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards, with opportunities to support advanced procedures such as ECMO, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopies, and sleep studies.
