Manager - Imaging/Radiology

Seeking an experienced Radiology & Imaging Manager to lead a large multidisciplinary department in a modern healthcare setting. The role involves overseeing operations, managing budgets, approving PTO, handling supply orders, and resolving member concerns. Responsible for managing 60-75% of department staff, conducting performance reviews, and supporting employee development. Ensures equipment functionality, monitors exam volumes and access, and collaborates with internal teams to improve workflows. Qualifications Include At least 5 years of experience as a radiologic technologist or similar role. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience with direct reports. Education from an accredited imaging program or equivalent experience. Relevant certifications such as Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, or Radiologic Technologist. Key skills: strong leadership, communication, collaboration, change management, and financial acumen. Preferred candidates may have experience with 24/7 operations, on-call rotation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
