Physical Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with outpatient experience. This position involves working with a diverse caseload, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a caseload of 50-60 patients per week, providing comprehensive therapy services.

Work Schedule:

• Shifts: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM on at least 2 days
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Fridays
• The other two days can be either 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Screen and build caseloads effectively.
• Conduct gross motor assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to:
• Achilles Tendonitis
• ACL Tear
• Post-operative Back Pain
• Calf Strain
• Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
• Disc Herniation
• Fractures/Stress Fractures
• Generalized Low Back Pain
• Headache
• Meniscus Tear
• Osteoarthritis
• Osteoporosis
• Plantar Fasciitis
• Postural Dysfunction
• Rotator Cuff Non-surgical Intervention
• Rotator Cuff Repair Post-operative Care
• SI Joint Dysfunction
• Stenosis
• Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
• TMJ Dysfunction
• Total Joint Replacement
• Manage neurologic conditions, including:
• Brachial Plexus Injury
• Concussion
• CVA (Stroke)
• Degenerative Diseases
• Muscular Dystrophy
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Parkinson's Disease
• Spinal Cord Injury
• Traumatic Brain Injury
• Vestibular/Vertigo issues

Qualifications:

• Must have outpatient physical therapy experience.
• New graduates or those with 1+ year of experience are encouraged to apply.
