Part-Time Experienced Aesthetic APRN / ARNP

Position: Aesthetic Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN / ARNP)
Employment Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Flexible part-time schedule based on practice and patient needs
Reports To: Medical Director / Practice Management

Position Overview

We are seeking an  experienced Aesthetic Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN / ARNP)to join our Florida medical aesthetics practice on a  part-time basis .

This position requires an active Florida APRN license and previous professional medical-aesthetics experience. This is not an entry-level aesthetic position.

The ideal candidate combines strong clinical and aesthetic skills with an entrepreneurial approach to patient care. We are specifically seeking a provider who can  recruit new patients, build a personal patient following, generate referrals, and retain patients through excellent outcomes and long-term relationships.

We are not simply looking for someone to perform procedures placed on their schedule. We want a provider who takes ownership of  building and maintaining a successful book of patients .

Essential Responsibilities

Patient Recruitment & Practice Growth

The ability to actively recruit and develop patients is a  core requirement of this position .

The Aesthetic APRN will be expected to:

• Actively attract and develop new patients.
• Build and maintain a personal patient following.
• Generate referrals through excellent clinical outcomes and patient relationships.
• Convert consultations into appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop relationships within the community that generate new-patient opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective patients who have expressed interest in treatment.
• Participate in practice marketing, social media, patient events, open houses, and community outreach as appropriate.
• Identify appropriate opportunities for additional or complementary treatments without creating a high-pressure sales environment.
• Work with practice management to achieve patient-growth, retention, and production objectives.

Candidates with an  existing aesthetic patient following or demonstrated history of independently generating patients will receive strong consideration.

Patient Retention

Recruiting a patient is only the beginning. The successful provider must be able to turn new patients into  long-term, loyal patients of both the provider and the practice .

Responsibilities include:

• Establishing strong and professional patient relationships.
• Developing individualized short- and long-term aesthetic treatment plans.
• Providing excellent consultations and patient education.
• Setting realistic expectations.
• Delivering consistently excellent patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
• Providing appropriate post-treatment follow-up.
• Maintaining appropriate rebooking and maintenance schedules.
• Proactively maintaining relationships with existing patients.
• Encouraging referrals through exceptional service and results.
• Addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, photography, and treatment histories.

Patient retention, rebooking, referrals, and provider-requested appointments will be important measures of success.

Clinical Responsibilities

Clinical responsibilities will be based upon the provider's qualifications, demonstrated competency, applicable protocols, and Florida scope-of-practice requirements and may include:

• Neurotoxin injections
• Dermal fillers
• Biostimulatory treatments
• Comprehensive facial assessment
• Aesthetic consultations
• Development of individualized treatment plans
• Laser and light-based procedures
• Microneedling and advanced skin treatments
• Pre- and post-procedure care
• Clinical photography and documentation
• Recognition and appropriate management or escalation of complications
• Patient education and informed consent
• Maintaining appropriate infection-control and patient-safety standards

The provider must demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and understand when  not to recommend or perform a procedure. Patient safety, ethical recommendations, and long-term patient trust always take priority over short-term production.

Required Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted Florida Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license.
• Appropriate Florida APRN certification and credentials required for the position.
• Previous professional medical-aesthetics experience is mandatory.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with aesthetic procedures.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment.
• Experience with injectable aesthetic treatments.
• Experience independently conducting aesthetic consultations and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate treatment recommendations confidently and professionally.
• Strong patient relationship and retention skills.
• Ability and willingness to actively recruit new patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a medical-aesthetics practice.
• Commitment to maintaining current knowledge of aesthetic medicine, products, techniques, technologies, and safety.

Strongly Preferred

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• An established aesthetic patient following or book of business.
• Demonstrated ability to personally generate new patients.
• Strong patient-retention and rebooking history.
• Significant neurotoxin and dermal-filler experience.
• Advanced injector training.
• Experience with lasers and energy-based aesthetic devices.
• Experience developing comprehensive multi-modality aesthetic treatment plans.
• Experience in a medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine practice.
• Experience using social media, patient events, professional networking, or community outreach to generate patients.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding appropriate production goals.

Success in this position is based on both  clinical excellence and development of a sustainable patient base .

• New-patient referrals
• Consultation-to-treatment conversion
• Patient rebooking rate
• Patient retention rate
• Repeat treatment volume
• Provider-requested appointments
• Treatment production
• Patient satisfaction and reviews
• Clinical outcomes and complication rates
• Documentation and regulatory compliance
• Participation in practice-development activities

We expect strong production, but  clinical judgment and patient welfare will never be compromised to achieve a revenue target.

Part-Time Schedule

This is a  part-time position with a recurring schedule structured around patient demand and practice needs.

Although the position is part-time, consistency is important. Developing a loyal aesthetic patient following requires patients to know when their provider is available and to have reasonable continuity for follow-up care.

Availability for selected evenings, Saturdays, patient events, or other high-demand periods may be desirable.

Compensation

We offer competitive part-time compensation commensurate with experience, clinical capabilities, and demonstrated ability to develop and retain a patient base.
